Research studies across the globe are increasingly finding evidence that students and graduates who study or train abroad not only gain discipline specific knowledge and technical competencies but also strengthen a range of employability or soft skills highly valued by employers. So what are these soft skills?
Soft skills are transferable skills that can be used in different jobs. They can help you to work well with others and make a positive contribution to organisations you work for.
